Western Heights Water Company has changed our credit card processor. Effective immediately all credit card payments will be charged a 2% processing fee, with a minimum fee of 50 cents. This will apply to payments made on the phone, website, and in person. Our new processing company provides a safer, more secure platform to process credit cards.
We also offer Pay by Phone. You may get information on your account and pay your bill securely 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. This service also charges a 2% processing fee.

Payments can be made by cash, check, or bank draft with no processing fees.
