At its April 2022 meeting, the Board approved a rate increase of 7%, effective July 1, 2022.
The rate changes are outlined below.
Annually, on January 1st, an assessment is levied on each share of stock. The new assessment is $28.86 per share and will be billed on your bi-monthly billing statement at $4.81 per share.
